"I have had statefarm over 20 years and I have never really used the emergency road side assistance until a month ago. When I tell you the service is absolutely horrible. My first time I filed through the app my car stopped on a busy highway in atlanta and they never came. They kept pushing the time out and out until I had to find my own tow company paid out of pocket and they towed me home. What is the use in paying for a service and they are not dependable. They are quick to take your money over the phone before they even dispatch anyone. And it takes soo long for them to reimburse your money. I am still waiting on statefarm to reimburse me. My car stopped again a week later. Same thing happened. They were not able to help me so again I had to call around and find a tow on my own. I am going to cancel this service and get AAA. They roadside assitance is trash it sucks really bad. I could say more but I think you guys get the point."

"Ryan is a very helpful person, but State Farm is awful. I was rear ended, injured, car was totaled. State Farm low balled me, even though the other driver has Progressive insurance and they have accepted responsibility for the accident. State Farm will recover the money from the other company. I am their customer, yet I have to higher a 3rd party arbitrator to fight on my behalf. This makes no sense. I now refer to them as Snake Farm and Regressive insurance. Please shop around. I refuse to give any stars, but the posting forces me to give at least one. They are not stars, they are black holes."
